*CDs can be purchased upon request for an additional fee

To order using a school purchase order or check:

~ Download and fill out the order form. Mail it with a P.O. or check to the
    following address.
~ If purchasing a multiple use license, please use the multiple use order form.
~ Orders will be filled and invoiced upon receipt of the purchase
    order.
~ Be sure to check the appropriate box for CDs or email download links.
~ If you choose to have your products delivered by download link, provide one
    email address for each product purchased.

Terms of product use

With the purchase of a product, you receive license to reproduce each book unlimited numbers of times for use in ONE classroom only. Reproducing copies for use in other classrooms is strictly forbidden. If multiple teachers will be using a product, a multiple license must be purchased. For pricing information on multiple licensing, please contact Sandi at Sandi@KinderReaders.com.

Refund Policy

All problems must be emailed to Sandi@KinderReaders.com within 7 days so that every attempt can be made to help you solve any issues you encounter. Most problems can be solved easily with assistance. We are here to help you. Emails will usually be answered within 24 hours.

In extreme circumstances a refund may be considered. All refunds from KinderReaders will be subject to a $2.95 processing fee or 10% of the order (whichever is greater). Refunds will not be issued on orders less than $5.95.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests made by customers who we believe are abusing this refund policy.
