To order using a school purchase order or check:

~ Download and fill out the order form.  Mail it with a P.O. or check to the
    following address.
~  If purchasing a multiple use license, please use the multiple use order form.
~  Orders will be filled and invoiced upon receipt of the purchase
    order.
~  Be sure to check the appropriate box for CDs or email download links.
~  If you choose to have your products delivered by download link, provide one
    email address for each product purchased.

Terms of product use

With the purchase of a product, you receive license to reproduce each book unlimited numbers of times for use in ONE classroom only.  Reproducing copies for use in other classrooms is strictly forbidden.  If multiple teachers will be using a product, a multiple license must be purchased.  Pricing information for multiple licensing of the complete yearlong series can be found on the order form above. If you need pricing for other products, please open a ticket at the Teacher eBooks NOW help desk.
 
Refund Policy

Problems? Most conflicts can be solved by downloading the most recent copy of Adobe Reader, or by trying the other suggestions in the help desk. Further problems can be troubleshooted by opening a ticket in the help desk.

  • Before a store credit or refund will be considered, within 7 days of the purchase, you must contact us and describe your problem in detail.
  • For refunds made to you by A to Z Teacher Stuff/KinderReaders, there is a processing fee of $5.95 per order or 15% of the order (whichever is greater). Refunds will not be issued on orders less than $5.95.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests made by customers who we believe are abusing this refund policy.
